ORDERS

Orders can be placed on our website. It is imperative to ensure that the order details and delivery addresses are correct before finalising the purchase. We cannot be held liable for any issues that occur as a result of incorrect information being given.

PAYMENT

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Various payment methods are available on our website for your convenience.

DELIVERY

When you place an order with us, the product is dispatched directly from our supplier to you. 

Delivery Areas: We offer delivery to the UK Mainland only. Certain exclusions apply, so please consult our delivery map for detailed information. Please note: Delivery to the Isle Of Wight is unavailable.

Lead Time: The standard lead time for products in stock is 2-3 weeks, subject to stock availability. However, lead times can extend between 3-10 weeks for products that are out of stock. Detailed information can be found on the respective product page.

Delivery Costs: Delivery charges depend on the weight of the order. These charges can be found on the individual product page or at the checkout.

Delivery Terms: All orders should be booked at least 48 hours prior to their expected arrival. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of order details and delivery addresses. Any personal unavailability or parking restrictions should be communicated in advance. If there’s no recipient at the delivery address, Solid Home Furniture reserves the right to return the goods to our warehouse and may recharge the customer for delivery. Before accepting the goods, customers should visually inspect the packaging and product for any damages. Any damages should be reported promptly. Deliveries operate seven days a week from 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Deliveries are made to ground floor residences unless prearranged, with additional charges applying for deliveries to higher floors.
